As the global delivery center of BNP Paribas, employee welfare and wellness is at the heart of the organisation. The Welfare Committee is in charge of organising activities that promote fun and togetherness within the organisation.

It is our endeavour to engage with our employees to hone their passion, be it in dance, singing, sports or other activities. We have annual events that bring out their lighter and competitive side such as dance and singing performances during the Annual Party, quiz contests, indoor sports, cricket tournaments, festival celebrations etc. We even host the kids of employees once a year in our office giving them a chance to see their parents' workplace, colleagues and also have some fun.
